Recall Reason: The products do not comply with federal CPSC safety standards (16 CFR Part 1270) for adult portable bed rails. Consumers can become entrapped within the bed rail or between the bed rail and the side of the mattress, posing a serious entrapment hazard and risk of death by asphyxiation. Additional safety issues including missing permanent retention straps which keep the bed rail securely in place, inadequate safety warning labeling, and pinch hazards during assembly/adjustment. An incident report has been received involving a fall due to insufficient product strength and a laceration during disassembly.
What You Need to Do
- Stop Using Immediately: Discontinue use of the recalled bed rail to avoid safety risks.

- Destroy the Product: Follow the step-by-step destruction instructions provided post-registration to ensure the product cannot be reused. Submit a photo of the destroyed product via the registration portal or email to confirm compliance.
